Bob Jones University will provide free Wi-Fi during the week of the Exchange Conference. Connection information will be available at the conference.

Each day you will be attending workshops of your choice and exchanging ideas with the presenters and other teachers and administrators.

If you need to request special accommodations during the event, please contact Amy Basinger by emailing exchangecon@bjupress.com.

Business casual is appropriate for all functions. Since all the meeting rooms are air-conditioned and tend to be cool, we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket for your comfort. We also recommend comfortable walking shoes.

Whova is the event app that will be used for the conference. This app will allow you to access the agenda, communicate with other attendees and speakers, and watch sessions as they are live-streamed during the conference. After a session has aired live, its recording will be available on-demand through the end of August 2026.

We will send you an email by the end of June 2026 when the Whova app is active and you are able to start using it. If you do not receive an email by July 1, check which email address you are using for Whova. You must use the same email address that was used at registration. You can also contact an event organizer directly at exchangecon@bjupress.com to verify your email.
