For in-person attendees, early check-in is available on Monday, July 19, 4:00–7:00 p.m. Regular check-in opens on Tuesday, July 20, at 7:45 a.m. The conference ends at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 22.

For virtual attendees, live-streamed sessions begin at 8:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, July 20, and end at 6:45 p.m. EDT on Thursday, July 22.

Recordings of the live-streamed sessions will be available to all attendees through the end of August 2027.

You are responsible for your own transportation during the week of the Exchange Conference.

All the workshops are being held on the campus of Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina.

Look for the updated list on our website in March 2027. You can view last year’s sessions on the Workshop page to get an idea of what is typically offered.

Each day you will be attending workshops of your choice and exchanging ideas with the presenters and other teachers and administrators.

Business casual is appropriate for all functions. Since all the meeting rooms are air-conditioned and tend to be cool, we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket for your comfort. We also recommend comfortable walking shoes.

We will be using the Whova app. The event will be live in the app by the end of June 2027.

Yes. Before and during the conference, we will provide instructions on how to get your certificates.

Disclaimer: Participants are responsible for determining whether CEUs are acceptable for their own state certification and accrediting organizations. Sessions have been pre-approved as educational CEUs by ACSI.

Check back in January for a list of hotels that will offer a discount for Exchange attendees.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided for you each day; however, you are responsible for your own breakfast and dinner. The BJU Dining Common has a separate area with lunch options that accommodate most common food allergies.

Yes. All the live-streamed sessions will be recorded and available to watch on demand in Whova a few minutes after they are live-streamed, through the end of August 2027.
