Effective for purchases beginning February 1, 2026, Trove digital assets will no longer expire and may be carried forward to future years if unused.

Digital assets may be assigned and reassigned an unlimited number of times within sixty (60) days of their initial distribution to a student. After the sixty-day period, assets may be unassigned but may not be reassigned to another student.

Trove Administrators will have full visibility into digital asset distribution history to support tracking and compliance with these terms.

The Trove Site License will remain as an annual renewal.

Important note:
These updated terms apply only to digital products purchased on or after February 1, 2026. All digital products purchased prior to February 1, 2026, will continue to expire after fifteen (15) months.

After the 2025–2026 school year, Edvance will no longer be supported or updated with future editions for CCO Option 2. Edvance will remain available through Summer 2026 for those who need to complete any 2025–2026 courses. CCO Option 2 will be available in Trove starting August 2026.
